The Canadian Bar Association Health Law Section is now accepting submissions for their 2022 CBA Health Law Student Essay Contest. An award is presented annually for the best scholarly paper or article on a subject relating to Canadian health law.  The winner of the contest will receive a cash prize of $1,500.

The submission deadline is May 2nd 2022. All full-time university students currently enrolled at a Canadian law school at either an undergraduate or graduate level are eligible to enter. For more eligibility and submission requirements, please visit the CBA website.
