Michael’s practice focuses on construction law, estate litigation, and commercial disputes, including negligence and breach of contract claims. He focuses on finding economic and sensible solutions for his clients and works tirelessly to pursue their rights. Michael has represented clients in the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, the Provincial Court of Alberta, and in mediations and arbitrations.
