We would like to announce that partners Ellen Embury and Rachel West will be leaving Carbert Waite LLP to start their own firm, Embury & West LLP, effective January 1, 2023. 

Ellen and Rachel have made significant contributions to the firm’s success over the years they have been with us.  We are sad to see them go, but excited for them as they start a new venture. They each played an important role in the success of Carbert Waite LLP and we are thankful for their outstanding commitment to their clients and their unique contributions to the legal community.
