Our friends at Hospice Calgary have just launched Text & Chat service for grieving families. These new services are the first of their kind in Alberta, and will provide specialized online support to children and teens that are struggling with a death or advanced illness of someone close to them. In a time of social distancing, it’s more important than ever for young people to stay connected during periods of hardship. The Text & Chat service will allow youth to access these services while following Canada’s social distancing guidelines.
Carbert Waite is a proud supporter of Hospice Calgary, and the programs at the Children’s Grief Centre, Sage Centre, and Rosedale Hospice.
