Biography

Noah joined Carbert Waite in 2024 after practicing at a mid-sized civil litigation firm in Calgary. Noah maintains a general litigation practice and offers assistance to clients on a wide range of issues, including commercial litigation and construction disputes as well as personal injury and employment law claims. Noah has gained invaluable experience in questionings for discovery, negotiations, mediations, applications, and trial advocacy.

Noah completed his post-secondary education in Halifax, Nova Scotia. He earned his Juris Doctor in 2021 from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2018 from Dalhousie University, where he graduated with distinction. Throughout law school, Noah worked for a non-governmental organization focused on protecting human rights in the workplace. There, he provided support for individuals who were submitting complaints before the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission. During his undergraduate degree, Noah worked with the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society in developing proposals to improve access to justice for the public.

Noah enjoys working on complex matters and is eager to aid his clients find effective solutions as they navigate the legal process. He has represented clients with claims before the Alberta Court of Justice, Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, and Alberta Human Rights Commission.

Outside of work, Noah enjoys hiking and skiing in the mountains. Noah also holds black belts in two styles of karate and has competed in tournaments provincially, nationally, and internationally.
