Biography
Lauren joined Carbert Waite in 2021 after practicing at a regional law firm in Calgary. She maintains a general litigation practice and advises clients on a range of issues including contractual disputes, construction matters, tort-based claims and employment law.
Lauren obtained her J.D. in 2018, and attended law school at the University of Calgary, where she was the recipient of the Bishop & McKenzie Centennial Prize for a high standard of performance in civil procedure. While in law school, Lauren was part of the Pro Bono Students’ Canada Emergency Protection Order Project and the Louise Dean School Project.
Lauren is committed to assisting clients in achieving practical and efficient resolutions to their legal matters and has represented clients in Alberta’s Provincial Court and Court of Queen’s Bench.
