Biography
Courtney Pham is an associate at Carbert Waite LLP, where her practice focuses on Wills and Estates planning, administration and litigation.
She completed her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Biological Sciences at Mount Royal University before going abroad and obtaining her law degree from Queen Mary University of London in 2021. After completing her qualification and articling, Courtney was called to the Alberta Bar in 2024, continuing her focus in Wills and Estates.
Courtney strives to provide her clients with a positive and meaningful experience, whether that is through assisting their families and their succession planning, providing guidance to executors in their administration, or helping individuals navigate emotionally complex and intricate estate disputes.
Outside of the office, Courtney can be found reading her latest fiction novel, sliding down the curling rink, and spending time with her loved ones.
