- Substitution Policy: If a conflict is identified that prevents Carbert Waite LLP from providing the consultation under the Law Society of Alberta’s ethical rules, the selected winner will instead receive a $100.00 CAD gift card of “One Gift Ultimate Choice” as a substitute prize.
- No Solicitor-Client Relationship: The provision of a consultation does not, by itself, create an ongoing solicitor-client relationship beyond the one-hour session.
