When an employer receives a complaint

 

alleging improper behaviour in the workplace, we can advise whether the circumstances are appropriate for an investigation and if so, supervise the investigation (whether it is conducted internally or by 3rd party investigator) to maintain confidentiality and legal privilege over the investigation and its results.
