Biography

Before joining Carbert Waite LLP as a student-at-law, Sarah Ann worked as a summer student at a national firm in Ottawa and completed two legal internships in Edmonton. She has a special interest in health law and employment law.

She is passionate about modern languages and hopes to use her linguistic abilities to expand access to justice for non-English speaking groups.

She participated in disability advocacy work in her law school, founding the Advocates for Students with Disabilities in Law student society and acting as an executive member.

Aside from her professional pursuits, she loves outdoor recreation, visual arts, and music. She has proudly volunteered as a first responder with the Canadian Ski Patrol for many years.
