Biography
Jonah is an associate at Carbert Waite LLP. His practice focuses on commercial and estate litigation, employment matters, and civil litigation disputes broadly. He has experience supporting matters at various levels of court in Alberta, administrative tribunals, and alternative dispute resolution processes, including arbitration.
Jonah joined Carbert Waite LLP after articling with an international law firm in Calgary, and was called to the bar in 2025. Jonah is a born and raised Calgarian who completed his law degree at the University of Calgary, where he also completed a Bachelor of Arts in History, as well as a Bachelor of Education in Social Studies.
Jonah is an active volunteer in the community serving in leadership roles on legal professional organizations, nonprofit boards, and post-secondary alumni affinity communities. Jonah can often be found organizing events for his affiliated organizations in Calgary as well as mentoring students at the University of Calgary. He also enjoys horseback riding, running, military history, and politics.
